And I just remembered there was one I issued last week that I never followed up on. I didn't know how to fill out the paperwork properly and wound up giving the kid all three copies. He never served it. He is on probation and an office referral could be severe stuff for him. It doesn't seem to bother him much, and I have a hard time convincing him to stay in his seat during class. He is certainly not the only one.
