The World According to a Sixth Grader

The answer one student gave to the bonus question on today's test:

"A metaphor is something you say but you mean something else. Just like 'Go play in trafik.' That is a metaphor."

Other sixth-grade truths:

Teachers is always lyin' on you.
Nothing about school is fair.
Most everything is boring.
Hot fries (Cheetos brand spicy things they only sell in the South) are worth fighting for.
