B0nnaroo was a fun, exhausting time. We drove down Thursday evening, stopping to sleep for about two hours in a rest area parking lot. Got to the festival about nine am, set up camp, and started to "do the damn thing." This entailed napping, grooving, eating delicious veggie corn dogs, samosas, fruit concoctions, and rocking out to great music until four or five in the morning. Is anyone else becoming a fan of those little bottles of 5-hour energy? I like grape.
The house welcomed us back with a screaming smoke detector at an ungodly seven this morning. Groggy eyed, I stumbled downstairs to grab the broom, which I used to beat the heinous, beeping thing into a submissive silence.
Then I taught children about watercolors.

I hope the watercolors put you in a more peaceful place following the smoke alarm fiasco. I bet the kids loved it.
