Met this guy the other day:
He does cool things.
Went to vegan brunch this morning in the Bywater. A lady with nun earrings talked about leaving the hospital in a wardrobe fit for Zsa Zsa Gabor. Her friend brought it to her. Made the bruises less of a big deal. She smoked cigarettes and talked about social work and riding her bike everywhere around town. There are amazing people around if you start looking for them.
Now we're off to see Fleur de Tease burlesque.
Then Bonnarroo, San Diego, and a couple more weeks before the Grand Northwest Adventure (perhaps I will call it the GNA from now on)!
It has taken me nine months, but I have started considering this my new home. At least my present home.
So much of it is place and time. Location and stagnation. Motivation. Recreation and vocation.
You're lucky you're not here to hear the punning that has been going on lately.
(I can't wait to see you all soon.)

I'm glad you're staying awhile after it feels like home. I think I know someone who would enjoy the puns and probably join in!
