Louisiana's Happy!

Good news:

Exams. Spain in 2 days. We're going to go snow-shoeing in France. Ring in '0'10 in Madrid. I'm missing the construction of a gingerbread biplane with the fam in Washington, which is disappointing to say the least, but I am excited for my adventures.

When I get back:
Foreign language club begins (read: lots of really eager 10-14 years olds after school twice a week)
My art residency at YAYA begins
Countdown to Mardi Gras begins

...and in Spring I'm taking my first graduate course... on teaching writing to English Language Learners.
